Please note that JUSTICEwa is still very much in its set up stage and we have extremely limited resources. 

As a new charity, we anticipate it will take us 12-18 months before we are in a position to take on a case as
it is very expensive to hire the appropriate legal and forensic experts.

The community is generally unaware of the “miscarriage of justice” cause and from a donation point of view,
raising money is extremely difficult as our cause does not invoke much sympathy (as opposed to a charity which helps children, poverty etc).

We have an enormous job on our hands to raise the funds we require to help the victims of the WA justice system.
