JUSTICEwa is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to build awareness about injustice and raise the substantial funds required to provide legal assistance for people wrongfully convicted.

Rather than rely on others through pro-bono assistance, we have developed a unique model whereby we raise the funds to pay leading legal and forensic experts to assist with a case.

 Our model has been developed following extensive research on similar organisations, who usually seek expert help on a pro bono basis, which can lead to lengthy delays with cases.

With it costing about $150,000 to appeal a case, we have substantial funds to raise.

However, we firmly believe that our model will ensure we get the best people working on cases and achieve the best outcomes for victims and their loves ones.

JUSTICEwa is supported by some of Australia’s leading legal and justice experts.

International Justice Conference

The International Justice Conference in Perth will be the first in Australia to include international and national experts involved in both convictions and exonerations, who will provide fascinating insights into the procedures used to examine and solve a range of high-profile cases.
